Band: «Indie NEBO»
Album: «Yes or No» 2009

After several long years experimenting with the sound and musical genres musicians of «Indie NEBO» finally came about unified vision of their own music.
Possibly, this album will become the best new comer and leave its trace in the history of Russian scene. It's hard to label «Indie NEBO's» music with a certain genre and that's why everyone can find something personal and close in it or not find anything at all. This is one of the reasons for the album title «Yes or No».
Along with its own music «Indie NEBO» constantly produces remixes of well known hits, artist and bands including: The Cure, David Guetta, Tears for Fears, Depeche Mode, EMF, Jesus Jones and others. «Indie НЕБО» do not carry themselves as DJs, they do it to only express their own opinion.
«Indie NEBO's» new album is a «bomb» and it is up to you, when it goes off. The timer with the starting mechanism is on the official web-site of the band:

Sing the happy birthday to Alan Wilder,
y'see he was born June 1 back in 59
and the Basildon 3 thought he was doin' fine
so they put 'em in band called Depeche Mode
and his music was soundin' sweeter than Pie Ala Mode
he wrote a lotta great tunes like 2 Minute Warning
I listen to his tunes from Dusk till Morning
then Alan went solo back in 95
cuz he needed a change to feel more alive
so he went full-time with a band called Recoil
one note from Alan and the oil wouldn't Boil

So I wanna say Happy Birthday to my friend Al
Everisnce I heard your music I call you my pal
so listening to your tunes have been worth-while
now I gotta go to Judgment now and stand the Triallllllll!!!!! : D

Oh....Yeah! ; D

Well stop, great God, stop there and listen, listen to the story ‘bout Jezebel. Her sins were so wicked Jehovah got angry, her soul went leapin’ and jumpin’ into Hell. Way back yonder in the olden days, John told Jezebel to borrow her ways, said her evil deeds had ruined the land and repent for the kingdom of God was at hand. She got mad at John ‘cause he told her ‘bout the gospel, told her servants to boil him in oil. Well they tell me God looked from the windows of the heavens, spoke one word and the oil wouldn’t boil. He raised his hand, creation trembled, stamped his feet and time stood still, raised his voice, looked down and thundered "John! Go do my will." You got to go to judgment, stand trial. Then they tell me John moved through the power of the gospel, told Jezebel her time was nigh. On the book of life, her days were ended, her time run out and she had to die. Well they tell me God walked his footsteps thunderin’, he moved his head and his eyes flashed fire, clapped his hands and death come jumpin’, Jehovah was angry, somebody had to die. You got to go to judgment, stand trial. Then Death come knockin’ on Jezebel’s door and said "Come on woman ain’t you ready to go? Of your evil deeds God’s done got tired, you got to go to judgment, stand trial." Then Death come leapin’ she jumped into Hell, great God Almighty I heard them tell. Nine days she lay in Jerusalem’s streets, her flesh was too filthy for the dogs to eat. You got to go to judgment, stand trial. "Jezebel, mind God’s talking, says he’s tired of your evil ways. You got to go to judgment, stand trial."

Depeche Mode 5.1 Remasters Released on 3 April 2006

Alan, Depeche Mode, and Mute are proud to announce the first albums in a series that will see the band's entire album catalogue digitally re-mastered and remixed in 5.1 surround sound.

"Music for the Masses" and "Violator" will be released on 3 April 2006.

Each deluxe double disc collector's edition contains the re-mastered stereo album, the new surround mix, all the B-sides from the singles and a specially commissioned 30 minute short film featuring new interviews with band members past and present, chronicling that period of the Depeche Mode's 25 year career. The redesigned 16 page booklet includes original LP art, new photos, lyrics, and sleeve notes by Daniel Miller.

Alan is credited as Executive Producer on both upcoming releases, a role which included advising on mixes and providing comments and feedback during the re-mastering process.

The remaining albums recorded with Alan, "Construction Time Again", "Some Great Reward", "Black Celebration", and "Songs of Faith and Devotion", will be released later this year.

For more info and updates on the upcoming releases see http://www.mute.com.

Hello to all!
My name is Svetoslav and I'm from Bulgaria. Recoil is part of my life since 2003, when I heard Unsound Methods - one of the best albums I've heard! I hope that there will be new album, I heard some rumors about that. And maybe as many of you, I'm also fan of Depeche Mode ;)

By the way, I have interview with Olivia Luvel, which recorded part of her debut album in The Thin Line. I can post it here if someone is interested...

First of all I want to say hello to everybody participating here.

I'm a new member in this community and I just want to introduce myself and my fan website called RECOIL19.NET - A Visual RECOIL Discography.

My name is Thomas and I'm living in Vienna with little son Daniel and my partner Tanja.
I've been a Depeche Mode collector since 1985 but also had a big interest in Alan's work outside Depeche since he started the RECOIL project.
So I collected also RECOIL items as a kind of "sideline" to Depeche.
I got rather quick aware that Alan's role within the band was the person shaping the sound of my favorite band.

Some years ago I was playing with the thought of starting a Depeche Mode fan website on my own.
But as there are already so many around and as I didn't want to do another repetition of the content most of these sites have, I decided to to do one for my loved RECOIL! :-)

I was surprised that there wasn't any site around having a closer look to all the collectable items around.
So it was clear to me to do this on my own in the way I thought a RECOIL collectors site should be.
Once I had made the decision I had a rather quick vision of how it's going to look like.

All the record information is based on my private collection only.

RECOIL19.NET features 9 sections:

This section provides general information, information about updates, a sitemap (soon with the next update) and a brief introduction to all sections of this website resp. myself.
This section covers the history of Alan Wilder's musical work from 1975 till today with scans of many non-RECOIL/-DEPECHE MODE releases.
This section covers all RECOIL promotional films.
This section covers all commercial and many promotional releases from the United Kingdom.
This section covers all commercial and many promotional releases from the United States.
This section covers some commercial and promotional items from the rest of the world.
This section covers all lyrics of RECOIL songs.
This section provides some information about all RECOIL songs, (re)mixes and (re)mixers, some trivia and a worldwide RECOIL discography list.
This section provides some links you might be interested in.
A banner image is available there too if you would like to add a link to RECOIL19.NET to your website.

Although the U.K. Discography section is certainly the "heart" of this site it's actually the "A Recoil History" section I'm most proud of.
It is basically a compilation from Shunt's historical evidence resp. some other sources plus details of all the records Alan contributed to outside Recoil and Depeche Mode.
Especially his pre-Depeche stuff is rather interesting and sometimes funny! :-)

So, that's it for now. I hope you enjoy my site.

hey guys! since not many other people are posting...understandably with school being back in session ;)...i'm here for the news patrol.

this is a little late, but a GREAT help in confirming the new album's legitimacy.

www.Side-Line.com news HERE

for those not registered, i copied the full text:

"5 years after Alan Wilder's last solo album, the highly acclaimed "Liquid" CD released under the Recoil moniker in March 2000, the former Depeche Mode member has confirmed to Side-Line that he will start up his studiowork again this year. The very last material by the hand of Alan Wilder was the additional production on Paul Kendall’s "Capture" album (namely on the track "Coma Idyllique", see our interview with Paul Kendall) out on 0101 records under the name of The Digital Intervention. As our last interview with Alan Wilder in March 2004 shows, Wilder - who is responsible for the captivating sound on a string of Depeche Mode hits - has been enjoying the past few years spending time with his family and taking a break from the music business. Wilder: "I've been enjoying all the things I never seemed to have time for when I was in the studio. They include travelling, re-kindling relationships with other members of the Wilder family, spending time with my kids and helping with their upbringing, spending time with Hep and taking her out occasionally, building a new glass courtyard, entertaining friends, playing tennis, walking, watching cricket, decorating, and drinking Campari while enjoying the best English summer we've had for a century." Wilder plans to start work again this autumn. The Recoil website Shunt will feature information regarding forthcoming releases etc on due time. In the meantime, Dave Gahan confirmed our colleagues from D-Side that Alan Wilder wants to rework several songs from Depeche Mode, in particular titles from "Songs of faith and devotion" and "Violator", in the light of new technology such as suround sound and 5.1 mix sound. It adds up to what we reported a few months ago, namingly that Mute has plans to reissue the band's back catalogue with "101" being a first test. More news as we get it."

also, until the man himself speaks,
are divided audio clips (the links are under "Interview") of a French interview with AW to tide you over :) there's a full downloadable file of the same thing on 'Liquid' (www.alanwilder.de)- ask me for a link or smaller files if you are interested.

this unofficial Recoil site has a good section of older rare-ish interviews and reviews (under "Critics") which may be new to you as well.

and...how about a pic just for laughs.
